This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It doesn't take away any right you have under the law.
Nothing is sold right now
FYProof is free to use for now, so there is nothing to refund. We don't ask for a card to use the free service.
If we start selling paid plans or check packs
Before the first sale, we will update this page with the refund rules for what we sell, and show a link to it before you buy. Those rules will apply to purchases made while they are posted. Whatever they say:
- You will be able to cancel a subscription online, from your account page, at any time, and keep it until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we stop offering the Service altogether, we will refund prepaid fees for the unused part of a paid period.
- If you think a charge is wrong, please email support@fyproof.com first: we can usually fix it faster than your bank. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause checking new videos on your account until it is resolved. You will still be able to sign in, see your reports, download your data and delete your account.
Checks that fail
If a check fails because of a problem on our side, the check is given back automatically. This doesn't involve money.
